Shay Accessories strives for the highest level of customer service and wants all costumers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, excluding damages, Shay Accessories will accept returns within 7 business days of your delivery. To return your online purchase please email info@shayaccessories.com or call (310) 962-4422 for a return authorization number. Returns without a RA number will not be accepted. For all return requests, the item must be shipped back to Shay in its original packaging and in pristine condition with a note including your name, phone number, order number and RA number. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for purchase price of the items minus the original shipping and insurance costs. Special Orders/ Made to Order items are Final Sale.

If your piece was delivered damaged or is defective, please email info@shayaccessories.com or call (310) 962-4422 for a repair authorization within 3 business days from receiving your order. We do understand that there are special circumstances that may exceed the allotted 3-day window and we will work closely with our customers to accommodate their requests.
